Tickets Sold Out

With two weeks before WordCamp Atlanta 2013, we have sold out of our tickets. Thank you all for jumping in and joining us. This year we had everyone purchase a ticket; organizers, speakers and volunteers included. This group came to about a quarter of our attendees and with a $40.00 ticket price we need every penny to keep it that low. Thanks for understanding and helping to put on the most economical, two-day conference ever.

Now What?

Man frustrated by missing tickets for WordCamp AtlantaThere are no more tickets. If you want to go or if you have a ticket and can’t go, please put a request out on Twitter with #wcatl at the end of the Tweet and hopefully you will find each other and can work out the details of a ticket exchange between yourselves.

The original owner of the ticket can then go into the registration and change the name of the ticket holder, but the new ticket holder will not have your name printed on the badge as they have gone to press. We will have labels to place over the printed names that you can write your name on at registration.

WCATL Location: Loudermilk Center

Loudermilk Center for WOrdCamp Atlanta 2013

We are happy to announce that WordCamp Atlanta is going to take place this year on Friday, March 15 and Saturday March 16th at the beautiful Loudermilk Center in Downtown Atlanta. We are very excited to have found this amazing conference center whose mission is to provide space at a reasonable cost to non-profit organizations so they can hold meetings. That would be us!

Loudermilk Center Lobby

This modern, two-story conference facility has a huge contemporary ballroom, along with plenty of large breakout rooms. There are spacious lobbies on each floor that will provide us with lots of mingling and hangout space.

We have supplied directions to the Loudermilk Center and from there to the Sheraton Hotel where we have saved a block of rooms. The map also includes directions to the Drafting Table where we will have a happy couple of hours, both days, directly after Camp.

Hello Atlanta!

We’re working hard to plan another great WordCamp in Atlanta. There are a lot of details that need to be attended to and at the moment we aren’t quite ready to make the big announcement. We’ll have more information after the new year. In the meantime please if you subscribe to our mailing list, we’ll notify you when more information becomes available. Thanks!
